John has been providing outstanding legal counsel and servicefor more than 16 years. He has practiced civil litigation with a few of the largest debt collection law firms in the western states. John has broadened his practice to include probate, guardianship and conservatorship, estate planning (wills & trusts), and social security disability. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington and is admitted to the US District and Bankruptcy courts in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon and Utah. He is currently only actively practicing law in Idaho and has placed his other licenses on inactive status.
John received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. As an undergraduate student, John worked throughout school in the laundry and spent his summers working for drilling companies on mines in northern Nevada.
Prior to law school, John worked as a city planner and real estate appraiser. He is active in his community and church where he voluntarily serves in various positions. John enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves to read Tom Clancy and is preparing for his first marathon.
Jennifer Rush received her Bachelor's degree in 1992 from Boise State University and her J.D. degree in 2011 from the University of Idaho College of Law. Jennifer has been a member of the Idaho State Bar for over 7 years. She is also an active member of several state bar sections and the chair of the Idaho Women Lawyers' Networking and Mentoring Committee. Jennifer is a general practice attorney experienced in employment and labor law, corporate law and contracts. She has served as in-house counsel for a $30 million dollar private post-secondary college where she also managed the Human Resources function with employees in four states, including Idaho, California, Texas and Florida.
